18 Day Mediterranean Cleanse E-book

There are three cleanses in one here; a simple high raw + cooked option, intermediate raw until dinner, or more advanced completely raw foods.  If you are not presently raw or ready to go fully raw, try the high raw cooked food version first it’s just as powerful. If you’re in the middle try raw until dinner. It’s important to note you may not be ready to do a full cleanse yet, your body may be too toxic and detox symptoms too strong, take baby steps, healing takes time.
