Eczema

The most mentally and physically tricky of my symptoms as it changes so rapidly! I first had eczema as a baby. It came up in a variety of places; under arm, nipples, hands, arms, legs, plus had other rashes throughout my lifetime. Always something itchy hahaha you can say DO NOT ITCH as much as you like but sometimes you HAVE to! Sure there are strategies to reduce or pull back, but sometimes you just have to itch!

During detox my hands broke out for 2 years I struggled until they finally stopped burning. Consistent protocols do work, it was a little slow for me, but everyone is different. There are strategies to help acute flares, however the long term strategies and prevention techniques are extremely important. While I don’t have photos from growing up, the memories of not being able to wear clothes like I was sunburn and the mental challenges of eczema are certainly still fresh. I hope I can reach out and help others suffering with this condition.

For immediate relief: cold compress or ice and remove all chemical from the laundry and household cleaners, air fresheners and other irritants.

True cause of Eczema: One of the over 60 varieties of EBV in the liver feeding on an abundance of heavy metal copper in there and releasing a copper infused derma toxin that circulates through the body and can’t detoxify properly because of a high fat/high protein diet or other food choices not helpful to the condition.

Toxins – specifically derma-toxins surface to the skin and injures the deep derma tissue. It’s highly inflammatory, as the toxin tries to leave through the skin it often cracks and bleeds.

That copper is in the liver due to pesticide exposure that is not new but from generations passed where DDT (pesticides) were used since the 1800s. Prior to this it barely existed, if it did, copper poisoning was from copper pipes. Copper feeds the pathogens in every generation and stops it from degrading.

Eczema can be tricky because it comes back in healing cycles but from my experience if you keep on bringing in the healing foods and remove the trouble maker foods it can be cleaned out.

Foods to bring in: Cilantro, sprouts, wild blueberries, bananas, pulse, spirulina, Vimergy barley grass juice powder, oranges, spinach, papaya and lots of all the healing plants!

I like to use the crowing out method, adding in beneficial foods as you build new and loved recipes will allow you to slowly try to cut out the troublemaker foods like dairy, wheat, soy, canola, corn, eggs, pork, fermented foods and artificial flavourings…

Healing is three steps forward and two steps back.

Wishing you well on your healing journey!
