Creamy shells

Toddler approved!

Quick and easy pasta!

Ingredients:
Gluten free shell pasta
Coconut milk
Pumpkin
Sea salt
Veg stock/healing broth
Onion
Garlic
Oregano or other herbs

Instructions:
Cook the pasta according to packet instructions

In your blender combine onion, garlic, steamed pumpkin (I like to make a big batch of pumpkin saving the rest for a pumpkin curry dinner)

Strain the pasta, keep some water, to save dishes use the same pot,

Then bring all the ingredients, cookup the blender ingredients for a few minutes with the pasta water, add some healing broth stock, then add the coconut cream, and stir in the pasta.

Finish with herbs, sea salt and cracked pepper to your taste.
