I am often asked where do I buy supplements and goods in Australia? Whilst I personally don’t sell these I have compiled a list for everyone! I know that it can be overwhelming at first, but its an honour for me to guide you in any way I can to health and happiness.

4. Cold press slow masticating juicers: do your research, I have recommended cheaper ones from Catch.com or my personal favourite the Oscar Neo range.
5. Wild Blue-berries: Frozberries/Elgin Organics is the wholesale, you can purchase 13 kg boxes of either organic or non-organic will blue-berries or 1kg bags. You can also purchase 1kg bags from your local health food stores if they stock them!

It can become expensive, so start out with your top priority supplements and slowly build your apothecary!

I started with small amounts of Vimergy Zinc, Ester C and B12, then worked my way up from there. Always seek medical advice from your doctor or practitioner before starting any new supplement regime.
